On our website - you will find histories and details of the number of families all connecting back to England (some of the very earliest settlers to NZ first visited by PUCKEYs in 1799 to collect Kauri spars for the Napoleonic Wars back home - on the "Fancy" from Thames - Hauraki Gulf then being settled by PUCKEYs in 1811 in the North.) who came from Fowey.

The ROWLAND grandfather arrived in Wellington in 1905/6 believed to have come from Poundstock whom we are interested in researching.
