I am 52
in born 1953, a third generation Australian born in Wollongong NSW and
currently living in Canberra in Australia's bush capital city with my second wife Yatphirun nee Lapyai
(nickname Aho) who was born in Thailand. I have two grown-up children from my first marriage to Eugenia nee Berjitsky
(Jeana) who was born in China from "White" Russian origins. I am 50% Cornish with antecedents on both my father's father (Lightfoot) and mother's mother (Ralph) sides. My other antecedents are from various parts of the British Isles, mostly England. My Lightfoot/Vercoe family is mostly rural (farm) workers from Wadebridge in St Breock and also Merther; my Ralph/Gregor family are miners from Camborne and Gwenapp areas. Two of my great grandfather's uncles were hung at Bodmin Gaol for murder in 1840. |
